Handcrafted in Japan.  Crane-neck for ultimate comfort and cutting accuracy.  This shear was used less than a week.  Stylist sprayed something on the shear that left surface spots.  Shears were sharpened and spots removed all along the blade, but a few remain around the screw.  Very little use, NO damage to the actual shear!  Graded 8 only because of the spots.
